Steps to return the products
Returning product(s) to us is simple and easy!

  1. Please contact us to obtain return instructions.
  2. Upon receiving your refund/exchange request, we will send you 2 forms to fill out - (a) Retail Order Form (b) Customer Request for Refund Form
  3. Return the unused portion of the products and the 2 forms to us within 10 business days receiving return instructions from us.

Once we receive the returned product(s), a refund will be processed promptly. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your refund to be completed.
Note: DO NOT return the products directly to Herbalife Warehouse. Doing so might result in additional shipping charges or we may not be able to process your refund.

Things you should know about returns

  1. Product can be returned within 30 days after receiving it
    We do not accept returns after 30 days. No exception.
  2. Shipping fee is non-refundable
    We are happy to refund you the amount you have paid for the product(s). The shipping fee unfortunately is non-refundable as our 30-day money-back guarantee only applies to Herbalife consumable products.
  3. Return shipping fee is at your expense
    You are responsible for the shipping fee of the returned product(s). We do not refund this fee or provide prepaid return labels.
  4. Accessories are non-returnable
    We do not accept returns of any products that are in the 'Accessories' category.
  5. Free gifts are non-refundable
    If you received a free gift as part of a promotion, the gift is yours to keep. The cost of the gift will not be refunded with your returned product(s).
  6. Product(s) must be returned in original packaging
    We cannot refund you otherwise.

Exchange product(s)
We do not stock any Herbalife products, therefore we cannot exchange product(s) with you directly. However, an exchange can be done by initiating a return & refund process while placing a new order.

The refund will be credited back to your originating method of payment. Your credit cannot be issued in another method or to other charge cards.

Bounced shipments
For shipments that are bounced back to Herbalife Warehouse, for any reason, you will be charged a re-shipping fee to redeliver your order. For shipments that are unclaimed at the warehouse, the order will be treated as returns, and a refund process will be initiated.

Lost or stolen returned packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen returned packages during transit. Therefore, we encourage you to get tracking information for any package you ship to us. A refund can only be processed when the package is received (in its original packaging).

NO Orders from Herbalife Distributors
We do not accept orders from Herbalife distributors. Herbalife distributors who wish to purchase Herbalife products, please place order with your distributor account or contact your upline sponsor.
